Yes. If you have booked a shifting package, our logistics team will manage the transfer of your main suitcases while you transition between your Azizia accommodation and the hotels near the Haram.

How far are the hotels from the Masjid al-Haram (Makkah) and Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (Madinah)?

Hotel distances vary by your package tier. Luxury packages generally feature hotels located directly on the Haram courtyard. Standard packages may utilize accommodations in the Azizia district, which are roughly 6-9 km away, with complimentary shuttle buses provided during off-peak hours.

Are meals included in my hotel booking?
